Refund & Attendance Policy
A written refund request must be submitted within three (3) days of payment. Upon receipt of the request, a full refund (100%) will be issued within three (3) business days.
Refunds requested after three (3) days but before seven (7) days from the payment date will receive a 90% refund.
Refunds requested after seven (7) days but before the end of ten (10) days from the payment date will receive an 80% refund.
After ten (10) days, no refunds will be issued. However, the student may attend the class within one (1) year from the original payment date.
If a student misses the scheduled class, no refund will be provided; however, the student may attend the next available class.
Once the class has started, no refunds will be issued. The student may still attend the class within one (1) year of the original payment date.
If a student misses more than three (3) days of class, they must attend the next scheduled class, with no refund issued.

You must attend this course using a desktop or a laptop, with a working camera that must be turned on at all times. Mobile devices are not allowed. If you use a mobile device, you will be asked to leave the course with no refund.
